Mumbai: Godrej Properties has launched its first residential project in Kolkata. The project in Sodepur has both rail and road connectivity and advantages such as schools, hospitals and educational institutions in close proximity, the company said.
The residential space is set on 24 acres of greenery and has natural water bodies, which the company intends to conserve. Larsen and Toubro will construct the project.
Apartments comprise two and three-BHK formats in the range of 900 to 1,800 sq ft. The cost per sq ft is Rs 2,000. Amenities include a community centre, club house, swimming pool, library and gymnasium.
The company is developing two IT parks, Godrej Waterside and Godrej Genesis, in Sector V, Salt Lake. This is the third project of Godrej Properties in Kolkata.
Mr Milind Korde, Managing Director, Godrej Properties, said, “We intend maintaining a healthy balance of natural elements within the complex.”
