Pune-based Kolte Patil Developers Ltd has entered into a joint venture agreement with a subsidiary of the US-based real estate development firm Portman Holdings LLC. The partners will each hold 50 per cent equity in the new entity named Bellflower Properties Pvt Ltd. The first project to be undertaken by the special purpose vehicle will be a mid-segment residential complex in the eastern suburb of Pune.
