Premium home seekers in Mumbai always wish they had something that’s exclusive and independent. What if it came true? Think of an independent gated community of bungalows, with all the facilities and amenities you could hope for, amidst the lap of nature, but situated within Mumbai.

Situated within the lush, green environs of Goregaon east, this gated community has a limited number of ready possession bungalows plots for an exclusive group of residents. Dilawar Nensey, JMD, Royal Palms points out that an individual bungalow in a gated community takes luxury living to a different level altogether.

In recent times, gated community bungalow schemes have been launched in locations like Lonavala -Khandala or Karjat-Alibaug, explains Fernandes. “The last such project that was on offer in Mumbai was over a couple of decades back, when the JVPD Scheme was developed. It has been years since anyone offered a gated community bungalow scheme within Mumbai,” he adds.

The Royal Palms’ scheme offers immediate possession of the plot, which admeasures 256 sq meters. The project already has plans sanctioned, with the added flexibility of choosing from four different design/ architecture options. “On the plot, the actual construction will be approximately 2,400 sq ft onwards,” says Nensey.

The bungalow plot will provide the buyer with a view of Powai or that of the western suburbs. Situated within a green environment, soothing to the eye and amidst verdant greenery, the plot prices start from Rs 89 lakh on­wards. The gated community of bungalows also enjoys the advantage of ready infrastructure, with internal roads, street lights, water, electricity and storm water drainage already in place.
